How do I get my files?
After you pay, the payment page sends you to a private download page for your product. Save the files to your computer right away. If anything goes wrong, contact us with your payment receipt and we will send the files by email.
What formats are the products in?
Spreadsheets are Excel (.xlsx) files that also open in Google Sheets and Numbers. Guides and templates are Word (.docx) files that also open in Google Docs and Pages.
Are the products legal or financial advice?
No. They are educational and informational. Rules about severance, benefits, unemployment, and taxes differ by location and employer. Check the rules that apply to you and consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
Can I use the templates at work or share them with my team?
Single user products are for your own use. The Tech Team Ops Template Bundle includes a team license so you can use it inside your own team or company. You may not resell or publicly share any product.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by a payment processor and supports major credit and debit cards and, where available, digital wallets. We never see or store your card details.
What is your refund policy?
If a file is damaged, not as described, or simply not useful, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. See the full refund policy for details.
Do the spreadsheets work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. Dropdowns and formulas carry over. Formatting may look slightly different.
Will you update the products?
We revise products when rules or best practices change. Bundle buyers can request the latest version by email for 12 months after purchase.
Do you collect my personal data?
We keep it minimal. Read the privacy policy for exactly what is collected and why.
