Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because products are digital and cannot be returned, here is how refunds work:

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if a file is damaged, missing, not as described, or not useful for you.
We will first try to fix the problem or send a corrected file. If that does not solve it, we will refund the purchase price.
Include the email address you used at checkout and your order number if you have it.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds may be declined for repeated refund requests or evidence that a product was shared or resold in violation of the terms.
